Build your player data notice

Answer the questions once. The generator creates a short in-game notice and a full privacy notice tailored to your server.

Enter your server details

The form updates both notices as you type. Publish the full notice somewhere players can reopen, then display the short notice prominently when they join. The generated wording explains that the customer server relays data to ChrononLabs for processing.

Step 1

Operator details

Enter the customer server operator details players should see.

Add this if your jurisdiction or business-disclosure rules require it. A working privacy email or request URL is still required.

Publish the generated full notice at this address, then use the short version in-game.

Step 2

Enforcement and sharing

Only state whether these outcomes are enabled. Leave out internal timing and detection configuration.

A detection can trigger a ban without prior administrator review.

Ban information can affect more than one server run by the operator.

Ban information can be checked or shared across participating operators.

Step 3

Appeals and younger players

Players have a route to challenge a detection or ban.
